last : "severance" by ling ma - reading this after going through a pandemic hits differently. ma's writing is phenominal. it's witty and very relatable. some of the themes are identity, capitalism, and consumerism. "You are in all of my happiest places." - Happy Place by Emily Henry I gave in and jumped on the bandwagon! Doing the #meetmeinmemes tag because this account (aka my baby) turned 9 yesterday and I totally forgot. lol I want to say thank you for continuously supporting me and my account. I’ve thought about quitting so many times already but I just couldn’t do it. You are the reason why I’m still here. Thank you for inspiring me. Your friendship, trust, and love mean the world to me. I love you all! 💜 Books on my September tbr! Books I got in August! I actually stopped buying books for along time until I got a bookstore gift card. 🙈 Wrap up of my 24 hour readathon. I wasn't able to read for 24 hours but I read 4 out of the 5 books on my tbr so i'm counting it as a win. Thanks for the support! "Without facts, you can’t have truth. Without truth, you can’t have trust. Without all three, we have no shared reality, and democracy as we know it—and all meaningful human endeavors—are dead." Happy Saturday! Any exciting plans for the weekend?
