Friday Finds and Mini Book Haul too

FRIDAY FINDS showcases the books you ‘found’ and added to your To Be Read (TBR) list… whether you found them online, or in a bookstore, or in the library — wherever! (they aren’t necessarily books you purchased). Hosted by teh awesome Jenn of A Daily Rhythm.

I was in our local library this week and luckily, they are having a second-hand book sale. And I bought almost half of the english books (which are not really a lot) they have. I think the Fifty Shades Trilogy by E.L. James was the only english books left but I didn’t buy it because I already have my copy. I also went to the bookstore this week and I bought a new classic book.

The Murders in the Rue Morgue and Other Tales by Edgar Allan Poe.

I love the Penguin English Library edition. I bought Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland last time and I want to collect the other books but I think it will take a while for me to buy all of them.

The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett

Another classic. I haven’t read so much classics and I want to start reading some. This book is a favorite of most of the readers I know. I haven’t seen the movie adaptation as well.

Can You Keep A Secret by Sophie Kinsella

I haven’t read any books from Sophie Kinsella but I’ve heard that her books are funny and entertaining. I am not really into “girly” covers but let’s see how I will like this one.

Eighty Days Red | Eighty Days Blue | Eighty Days Amber by Vina Jackson

These books are part of the Eighty Days Trilogy. I am not sure about the storyline but ont he front cover it says ; “Desires comes in more shades than just grey!” So I think I now have an idea what this trilogy is all about.

What are the books that you’ve recently added on your TBR? Please free to share it with me!
